Fix app crashes

If you are having trouble with the GoTo app repeatedly crashing, use these steps to perform initial troubleshooting before contacting Customer Support.

Desktop or web app

  1. Clear your cache.
    Version Steps
    Desktop app From the top menu bar, select Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache and Exit.
    Web app Clear your browser's cache, cookies, and/or browsing history.
    Note: If you're unsure about deleting your browsing data, try using a private window.
  2. Test the app to see if your issue is resolved.
  3. If clearing your cache doesn't solve the problem, try to uninstall and reinstall the desktop app.
What to do next: If you're still experiencing the app crashing, please select Customer Support.

Mobile app

  1. Verify that your device meets the system requirements.
  2. Verify that you have the most current version by going to your device's app store and installing any updates for the GoTo app.
  3. Test the app to see if your issue is resolved.
  4. If this doesn't solve the problem, try to uninstall and reinstall the mobile app.
