This video demonstrates how to integrate your Office 365 or Google calendar with the desktop or web versions of GoTo Connect. If you integrate your calendar in this way, it will also sync with the mobile app. After your calendar is integrated, any meeting with a valid GoTo link in the location or email message will appear in the upcoming meetings section of the app. Also, you'll receive notifications when sessions are about to begin. Organizers and co-organizers can split meeting attendees into smaller groups for separate discussions. This is a great way to keep attendees engaged, manage conversations, and work in smaller groups. You can elect to show everything displayed on a current screen, or elect to only show content from a single application, such as a Chrome browser. Meeting organizers and co-organizers have the ability to record GoTo meetings. Meetings being recorded can be paused and resumed if needed.
