Use reactions or raise your hand

Use reactions to quickly and easily participate in the session. This is a great way to engage without speaking. You can also raise your hand to let the organizer know you have something to say.

Desktop or web app

  1. Select the Hand icon to raise your hand or hover over React to select a quick reaction (like, dislike, clap, love, laugh).
    Troubleshooting: If you don't see this option, your organizer may have disabled it.
  2. If enabled by the organizer, you have the option to Send with sound effects before choosing your reaction. You can also choose to Mute other's sound effects for me if you don't want to hear other's audio reactions.

    Result: Your hand remains raised until you or the organizer lowers your hand. Any reactions used appear towards the bottom right of the screen for approximately 7 seconds.

Results: If you're an organizer, select People icon to view which attendees have their hand raised. Select the Hand icon in the top menu to view the order of hands that were raised. To lower all hands, select the Hand icon > Lower all hands.

Mobile app

  1. Open the GoTo mobile app on your device.
  2. Select More icon > Hand icon or a reaction.
