How do I fix the app crashing?
If you are having trouble with the GoTo app repeatedly crashing, use these steps to perform initial troubleshooting before contacting Customer Support.
Desktop or web app
- Clear your cache.
Version Steps Desktop app From the top menu bar, select .Web app Clear your mobile or desktop browser's cache, cookies, and/or browsing history. Note: If you aren't ready to lose the content listed above, use a private browsing window in your preferred browser as a temporary solution. - Test the app to see if your issue is resolved.
- If clearing your cache doesn't solve the problem, try to uninstall and reinstall the desktop app.
Mobile app
- Verify that your device meets the system requirements.
- Verify that you have the most current version by going to your device's app store and installing any updates for the GoTo app.
- Test the app to see if your issue is resolved.
- If this doesn't solve the problem, try to uninstall and reinstall the mobile app.
