How to Work with Logs in Remote Execution

Logs provide you additional details on what happened while running a job.

You have two options to view logs: either get a quick view of the individual steps in plain text, or download detailed results in an Excel sheet.
Tip: Having trouble connecting to a device? Looking for GoTo Resolve application logs? See Where do I Find GoTo Resolve Application Logs?
Important: To use this feature, the user must be authenticated with zero trust authentication, which serves the security of the session.

Authentication is required only once when you run a Remote Execution step.

    3. You have the following options:

Note: Not all steps generate logs.
