How do I Filter Tickets in Slack?
End-users and agents can both filter their tickets in Slack.
Remember: This feature is not available with a Free subscription. Check out which subscription you need to get the most of GoTo Resolve.
- In Slack, select the GoTo Resolve app on the left.
Your tickets are listed on the Home tab.
- Click Filter Tickets above the list of your tickets.
- Select a priority, status, and service as necessary. You can select multiple values for each filter.
- Click Filter to see your tickets.
