How do I Filter Tickets in Slack?

    End-users and agents can both filter their tickets in Slack.

    Remember: This feature is not available with a Free subscription. Check out which subscription you need to get the most of GoTo Resolve.
    1. In Slack, select the GoTo Resolve app on the left.
      Your tickets are listed on the Home tab.
    2. Click Filter Tickets above the list of your tickets.
    3. Select a priority, status, and service as necessary. You can select multiple values for each filter.
    4. Click Filter to see your tickets.
