Taking Notes During a Session
Agents can take notes during a session. The notes can be viewed in session reports.
- During an active session, click the NOTES button on the toolbar in the top-right corner of the console.
Results:
After the session ends, the last edited version of your notes gets saved along with the session information.

To view your notes, generate a report. See Working with Reporting.
