Customer-side Language Settings
Both the GoToAssist Remote Support application and the GoToAssist Remote Support customer mobile app can automatically detect the language setting of the target device. Find more information below about supported languages and the fallback method when an unsupported language is detected.
The GoToAssist Remote Support application runs in the language selected as the active language on the customer's computer. If the application is not available in the customer's language, the English version is used.
The GoToAssist Remote Support customer mobile app automatically detects the language setting on the target mobile device, and runs in that language. If the app is not available in the customer's language, the English version is used.
