Installation Troubleshooting for Google Chrome (Windows)
Are you having trouble installing the desktop app while using Google Chrome? There are a couple of things that you can try.
Restart the download.
On the Launcher page, click download & run GoTo Webinar in the blue box on the launcher page. You should then see the "GoTo Webinar Opener.exe" file begin downloading and display at the bottom of your screen.
Run the GoTo Webinar Opener file.
The "GoTo Webinar Opener.exe" file should have appeared in the lower-left corner of your browser. Click to open it, then click Run to launch GoTo Webinar.
If you do not see the " GoTo Webinar Opener.exe" file in your browser, you can retrieve it as follows:
- Press Ctrl + J on your keyboard.
- In the Downloads folder, click GoTo Webinar Opener.exe.
- Click Run to launch GoTo Webinar.
Approve the External Protocol Request.
If you see the Launcher screen and it is covered by an "External Protocol Request" pop-up window, you'll need to click Launch Application to continue.
