Can I skip the pre-session audio window?
If you have the GoTo Webinar desktop app installed, you can change your preferences to skip the pre-session "Choose audio mode" window.
Disabling this window means you won't be shown your audio options before connecting to the webinar. You will automatically connect to audio via your preferred default mode in future sessions.
Note: You will always be able to switch audio modes during the session using the Audio pane if needed.
- Open the Preferences window and select the Audio tab in the menu.
- Uncheck the "Show me audio options before connecting" box.
