Organizers can view conference call information that includes the total minutes, number of callers, and the ability to download the file.

1. Access the minute usageminute usage for all conference calls.
2. Select a conference date to see a Conference Details pop-up displaying the Date of the conference call, Total Minutes, the Number of callers, the Calling Party, Call Type, and the Start Time.
   
3. Select XLS to download a report of the conference call details, then Save.
