If you joined the GoTo Meeting session from the browser and are having trouble sharing your camera or audio, learn how you can troubleshoot.
I'm on the session preview screen.
- Make sure you've allowed GoTo Meeting access to your camera and microphone.
- Select the Lock icon in the browser bar.
- Allow access to both camera and microphone.

- Under "Permissions", make sure you've allowed https://app.goto.com access to your camera and microphone.
I joined the session already.
- Make sure you've allowed GoTo Meeting access to your camera. During the meeting, select the Lock icon in the browser bar and make sure you've allowed both camera and microphone.

- Make sure your camera is not being used by another application. Most cameras have an indicator light that turns on when it is actively in use. If it is being used in another application, close that app and rejoin the GoTo Meeting session.
