Why can't I see other people's cameras?
There are a couple reasons why you cannot see other participants' cameras. Review the troubleshooting tips below.
- You may be filtering camera feeds. If you previously selected the Hide Everyone filter from the Camera drop-down menu, click Everyone or Active Cameras to bring back all participants' feeds.
- You may have detached the camera feeds. Reattach the camera feeds to your main GoTo Meeting viewer by selecting the Reattach icon.
- Your GoTo Meeting Viewer may be minimized. Select the GoTo Meeting desktop app icon in the taskbar (Windows) or dock (Mac) to bring the GoTo Meeting viewer back into focus.
