How do I view my upcoming meetings?

Organizers can view a list of scheduled sessions (including recurring sessions) when you log in to your account online or from the desktop app.

  1. Log in to your account at

  2. Click Meetings in the left menu.
  3. Your upcoming meetings are listed in the Rooms and One-Time tabs.

View scheduled meetings from the desktop app

  1. Click My Meetings.
  2. The My Meetings window will launch and display all of your upcoming sessions.
