How do I view and mute unidentified callers on the web?

An "unidentified caller" is an attendee who dials in to the meeting without entering the Audio PIN. They're named "Caller X" in the Attendee list because GoToMeeting has no way to identify them by name.

Organizers can mute and unmute callers from the meeting.

Important: This feature must be enabled by an admin. If you notice an unidentified caller but don't see them in the Attendee list, please reach out to your account admin.
  1. Click the Attendee icon in the top toolbar.
  2. Click the More icon next to the unidentified caller.
  3. Click Mute.
