Remove a meeting
When you remove a meeting from a Google Calendar event, you can either delete the entire event or remove just the GoTo Meeting session which will keep the appointment on your calendar (and those of your attendees) but remove the meeting from the GoTo Meeting system.
Update or uninstall Chrome Extension
Once you have installed the Google Chrome extension for GoTo Meeting, you can quickly access the latest version of the extension to update it, or access your extension management page to modify your settings for the extension.
- Open Google Calendar in your browser.
- Right-click on the GoTo Meeting icon in the upper toolbar to open the extension menu.
- Select Manage to be taken to your Extensions page where you can do the following:
- From Options, you can turn the collection of usage data (number of uses) on and off.
- From Allow in incognito, you can allow the extension to show up in incognito browser sessions. Incognito sessions do not allow the browser to save a record of what you visit and download.
- From Review permissions, you can view the read and write permissions the extension requires and any other permissions used.
- From Delete the extension, you can select the Trash icon to remove the extension entirely.
