Manage User's Email Notifications in the GoTo Admin Center (classic)
Enable or disable User Sync email notifications for new users and/or changes to their account. This feature only applies to accounts that use automated provisioning or single sign on (SSO).
If an organization has been set up,
admins can control whether welcome emails and change notifications are sent to users via User Sync. This setting is enabled by default.
