How do I start a meeting from GoTo Room with Logitech?

    You can easily start a scheduled meeting or an instant meeting from GoTo Room with Logitech.

    Start an instant meeting

    An instant session uses the conference room's GoTo Meeting account. You do not need to log in to your own account to start an instant meeting.

    1. On the touch panel, tap Calendar > + Create Instant Meeting.
    2. Invite others to join the meeting by tapping People and entering their email addresses. Alternatively, you can share the 9-digit meeting ID.

    Start your own pre-scheduled meeting

    If you have your own GoTo Meeting account, you can use the GoTo Room system to host meetings that you have scheduled ahead of time.

    1. Schedule a meeting using your own GoTo Meeting account. You can also use your personal meeting page.
    2. On the touch panel, tap Join or Start.
    3. Enter the meeting ID or your room name and tap Go.
    4. You'll be launched into the waiting room as an attendee. Tap Start the meeting to sign in and be launched into session.
      Note: Single sign-on in not supported yet.
    5. Invite others to join the meeting by tapping People and entering their email addresses. Alternatively, you can share the 9-digit meeting ID.

    Start a meeting scheduled from your integrated calendar

    After you integrate your Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, or Google Calendar service to GoTo Room, you can schedule meetings from your calendar and book the conference room as the meeting location.

    1. On the touch panel, tap Calendar.
    2. Locate your scheduled meeting and tap Go to be launched into session.
    3. Share your screen or content and invite others to join by tapping People and entering their email addresses. Alternatively, you can share the 9-digit meeting ID.
