1. Add GoTo Meeting to Slack in the following ways:
   • From the Slack app, scroll to the "Apps" section and select the Plus icon. Search for GoTo Meeting and select Add.
   • Visit the Slack App for GoTo Meeting page, select Add to Slack > Authorize to allow Slack the command.
   • Visit GoTo's Slack integration page and see the How To Install tab.
2. Once you see the "Integration success!" page, you're ready to connect Slack to your GoTo Meeting account.

1. From the Apps section, select GoTo Meeting > Sign in.

   Result: This will open the GoTo Meeting sign in page in your default browser.

2. Sign in using your GoTo Meeting credentials (i.e., email and password) and select Allow.

   Result: Once successful, you'll see a "You're all set!" page. You're now ready to start and join meetings directly from slack.

1. In the direct message or channel, type one of the following commands:
   • /goto to create and start a one-time meeting.
   • /goto start to start a meeting in your personal room.
   • /start to select one of your scheduled meetings and post meeting invite to a separate message thread or channel.

   Result: This will send an invite to the participants in the Slack channel. Note that only the organizer of the meeting will need both a GoTo Meeting and a Slack account. You can edit the display phone number in your GoTo Meeting settings page. The invitation will display your preferred phone number, the U.S. number (if country is selected) or the number of the first selected country sorted alphabetically.

2. Select Jointo launch the session in a browser.

Changing the default call option to GoTo Meeting will automatically start a GoTo Meeting session when users in that workspace select the call button in Slack.

1. From the Slack app, select the workspace name.
2. Select Settings & administration > Workspace settings.
3. From the Calls section, select Expand. Make sure Allow video calls in Slack is enabled.
4. Under that setting, select GoTo Meeting and then select Save.
