Connect to Audio Using Call Me (Classic)

    You can connect to the session by having GoTo Meeting call you! This means skipping all the steps you would normally go through when connecting to audio using your phone. Please note that this connection is only available if you are joining from the desktop app or Web App. You can also connect to audio using the internet.

    Note that audio quality may vary depending on your telephone service provider. We recommend using headphones or a headset to avoid noise feedback.

    Connect from the desktop app

    1. Select the Settings icon then Audio > Phone call.
    2. Enter your phone number (including area code) in the text field. Use the Flag drop-down menu to select which country the phone number is in.
    3. Select Call me to continue and your telephone will ring within a few seconds. If the meeting hasn't started yet, then you will receive the call once the organizer begins it.
    4. Answer the phone, then follow the prompts to easily connect to the audio conference.
    5. Attendees will join muted. To unmute, press *6.

    Connect from the Web App

    1. Click the Settings icon and Phone call.
    2. Enter your phone number (including area code) in the text field. Use the Flag drop-down menu to select which country the phone number is in.
    3. Click Call Me to continue and your phone will ring within a few seconds. If the meeting hasn't started yet, then you will receive the call once the organizer begins it.
    4. Answer the phone then follow the prompts to easily connect to the audio conference.
