Are there missing features or known issues with the Office 365 Outlook Add-In?

    The GoTo Meeting team is working on resolving these missing features and known issues of the Office 365 Outlook Add-In.

    Why aren't my meeting updates syncing between my calendar and GoTo Meeting account?

    It is highly recommended that you only schedule, update and/or remove meetings in Outlook and click Update meeting to push changes to GoTo Meeting. This is because while all changes made with the add-in can manually be updated to reflect in your GoTo Meeting web account, changes made in the web account are not synced and duplicated in Outlook.
