This article is about users who have been invited to a join.me account, not to a meeting.
- On the join.me website, log in to your PRO or BUSINESS account and click users.
Result: The Admin console is displayed. The label Invited is shown for each user who has yet to accept your invitation.
- Select any number of users listed as Invited.
Result: The Resend Invitation option is displayed in the top menu. Don't see the menu item? Make sure you only selected users with the status Invited.
- Click Resend invitation.
- Confirm your selection and send.
Results:
Tip: To revoke an invitation, select an invited user and click Delete. The invitation is invalidated.
