Pass the presenter role
The presenter role can be passed between participants during any join.me LITE, PRO or BUSINESS meeting on any app.
Restriction: Participants on an iPhone/iPad must be logged in to their join.me account (paid or free) to be able to take the presenter role.
Important: join.me LITE, PRO or BUSINESS is required – paid or trial.
Pass the presenter role using the Tools menu
- During a LITE, PRO, or BUSINESS meeting on a PC or Mac, click ... (Tools).
- Click Pass presenter role and choose a participant.
Once the participant accepts the presenter role, your join.me toolbar turns green and a window opens showing the new presenter's screen.
Pass the presenter role using bubbles
Bubbles are the best place to pass the presenter role.
Don't see any bubbles? Select the Participants button and then Show bubbles while sharing.
- During a LITE, PRO, or BUSINESS meeting on a PC or Mac, find a participant's bubble and click Pass presenter role, as shown.
