Creating meetings that are easy to start and join

Once your calendar is connected, join.me displays a meeting notification one minute prior to the start of every event (with invitees) that's on your Calendar.

To make it easy for guests to connect, follow these guidelines.
  • Include at least one guest. Calendar events without guests aren't considered meetings, so they won't appear in join.me.
  • Include your personal link in the calendar event's Location or Notes field.
Note: If you forget to include your personal link in the event, open the join.me app and select + > Add join.me.
    Add join.me
  • Events without join.me information still triggers a notification a minute before the meeting. Select the notification to start the meeting using your personal link. Guests will receive a meeting update with your personal link.

Disconnect your calendar
