Use annotation tools such as a pen, highlighter, or laser pointer to help get your point across.

1. During a meeting, select … (Tools) > Annotate.
   
2. Annotation offers many options:
   • To change the color of the pen, highlighter, or last pointer, select the colored circle on the far right.
   • To take a screenshot of your screen, select Snapshot. Snapshots are saved as PNG files and can be viewed under Shots. This folder can't be changed.
   • To allow participants on a Mac or Windows desktop app to annotate, unlock Participants. Otherwise participants can ask you for permission.
     Note: Participants running the desktop app or compatible browsers can annotate. Otherwise, they may be prompted with a Click download to start annotating message.
