Which extensions are reserved?
If your organization uses three-digit extensions, there are some combinations the system will not let you enter because they are reserved for other functions (e.g., emergency calls, directory assistance, etc.).

Note: This includes any extension that begins with 911 (e.g., 9112 and 91123).
