How do I troubleshoot a JBC device?

Power cycle your JBC device as a first step to fixing any issues.

  1. Press the power button (do not press and hold) on the front of the JBC device.
  2. Confirm the JBC device is powered off.
    The light will turn amber.
  3. Wait at least 30 seconds and then press the power button again to turn the JBC device back on.
