How do I troubleshoot a JBC device?
Power cycle your JBC device as a first step to fixing any issues.
- Press the power button (do not press and hold) on the front of the JBC device.
- Confirm the JBC device is powered off.
The light will turn amber.
- Wait at least 30 seconds and then press the power button again to turn the JBC device back on.
