How do I transfer a call in Jive Mobile?

On March 31, 2020, Jive Mobile for iOS will be discontinued and replaced with GoToConnect Mobile. Jive Mobile for Android will be available until further notice.

Before you begin: Download GoToConnect Mobile
  1. While on an active call, tap Transfer.
  2. Search for a contact's name, extension, or number.
  3. Select the transfer destination and then choose your transfer type:
    Option Description
    Direct Transfer Transfer the call to another party without speaking to them first.
    Warm Transfer Place the current call on hold and speak with the destination party before transferring the call.
    Cancel Transfer Cancels the transfer and returns to the call on hold.
