How do I set up a billing group?

Create billing groups to sort your billable phone numbers and devices by custom groups (e.g., site, department, accounting code, etc.) on your monthly invoice.

You must have admin or super admin permissions.
  1. Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
  2. Click System Settings in the left sidebar.
  3. From Billing Groups, click Add Billing Group.
  4. Enter a Name for the billing group and then click Admin Portal Checkmark Icon.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Add a phone number to a billing group:
    1. Click Phone Numbers in the left sidebar and then choose the phone number that needs a billing group.
    2. From General > Identity, choose the desired Billing Group.
    3. Click Save.
  7. Add a device to a billing group:
    1. Click Devices in the left sidebar and then choose the device that needs a billing group.
    2. From Device Settings > General Settings, choose the desired Billing Group.
    3. Click Save.
