How do I set the time zone on a device?
In today’s workplace, everyone may not work in the same country, let alone the same time zone. Left unchanged, a device will display the default time zone set up for your system. For individuals outside of this time zone, you can override this setting on individual devices as needed.
- Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Click Devices in the left sidebar and then click the device that requires a different time zone than the system default.
- From Device Settings > General Settings, select the desired time zone for the device.
- Click Save.
- Power cycle the device(s) to apply the changes.
