How do I set the time zone on a device?

In today’s workplace, everyone may not work in the same country, let alone the same time zone. Left unchanged, a device will display the default time zone set up for your system. For individuals outside of this time zone, you can override this setting on individual devices as needed.

You must have admin or super admin permissions.
  1. Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
  2. Click Devices in the left sidebar and then click the device that requires a different time zone than the system default.
  3. From Device Settings > General Settings, select the desired time zone for the device.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Power cycle the device(s) to apply the changes.
