How do I see where a call queue is being used?

The usage tab lists all devices and call flows using a particular call queue so that you can see what’s being used on your system and what can be deleted.

Before you begin: You must have admin or super admin permissions.
  1. Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
  2. Click Call Queues in the left sidebar and then select the call queue you want to see the usage of.
  3. Click Usage for details.
