The usage tab lists all devices and call flows using a particular (call queue). This can be very useful when giving your portal a good ol’ spring cleaning as it will help you see what’s currently being used on your system and what isn’t, allowing you to know what is safe to delete. It can also be helpful when you need to make some changes so that nothing is overlooked.
1. Log in at my.jive.com/PBX.
2. Click call queue in the left sidebar and then select the call queue you want to see the usage of.
3. Click on the Usage tab for details.
