How do I register my JiveID?

In order to use any of Jive’s tools that require a login, you must have an active JiveID (this is typically your business email address).

Before registering your JiveID, please contact your system admin to have your JiveID (email address) enabled on the system.

  2. Complete the registration form making sure your Business Email Address matches the JiveID your system admin added to the system beforehand. If there is a mismatch, you will not be able to log in.
  3. Click Register.
