How do I record a meeting in GoToConnect?

Record your meeting in GoToConnect and manage the recording.

You must be the organizer to record the meeting.
  1. While in an active meeting, click GoToConnect Record Meetings Icon to start the recording.

    Note: You can Pause and Resume the recording.

  2. End the recording by ending the meeting or clicking Pause. You will receive an email when the recording is ready.
You can manage the recording and transcript from the left sidebar under Recordings. Watch the recording in Picture in picture mode or Download the recording to send to others.
