How do I log in and out of a call queue?

Call queues are used to place incoming calls in a queue and distribute them to participating agents. This star code allows you to log to in as an agent from your phone to begin fielding calls. When you’re done, you can use the same steps to log out.

1. Dial *13 from your phone.

  • If your line exists on multiple devices, only the phone used to dial *13 will be logged in to the queue. However, you can log in to multiple queues from the same phone at once.

2. Enter the call queue extension.

  • You will then hear either “Agent logged in” or “Agent logged off”.
