How do I change the phone number displaying on outbound calls?
Override the default caller ID for those lines that require something different.
- Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Click Lines in the left sidebar and then click the line that you need to change.
- From , set the External Caller ID to Use and then choose the desired phone number.
- Click Save. The caller ID selected for a line will be displayed when making outbound calls to an external number.
