A pin is a password that is required to access a conference bridge. By adding a participant pin, you can keep conversations private, control participants, and avoid a lost caller joining your conference call. For even more control, add a host pin to be able to lock a conference bridge or eject a participant from the call. A participant and a host pin are required to use all Visual Conferencing features.

2. Click Conference Bridges in the left sidebar and then choose the conference bridge that requires a PIN.

3. From the General tab > Security section, enter a Participant PIN and/or Host PIN.

4. Click [SAVE].
