How to modify or cancel your GoTo Resolve subscription
To avoid disruption to your service, you can purchase a paid subscription. To see the differences between the available subscriptions, go to https://www.goto.com/it-management/pricing/resolve.
To cancel a trial
You don't need to cancel a trial account. When your trial period expires, your subscription automatically reverts to a free subscription. Again, "free" means free. That is, you don't pay anything for using GoTo Resolve. To see what features you'll miss by having a free account, see https://www.goto.com/it-management/pricing/resolve.
To modify or cancel a subscription
To cancel your GoTo Resolve free or paid account, or change the auto-renewal status of your account, please select Contact Support. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to help you. Online cancellation is not available for GoTo Resolve at this time.
To view or change your billing details
