join.me is getting a new billing and commerce experience!

What is changing?

We are upgrading you to a modern, user-friendly interface with new available functions which will allow you to view electronic quotes, and make changes and/or upgrades to your subscriptions.

We're upgrading join.me users to a modern, user-friendly interface with new functions that allow you to view electronic quotes and make changes or upgrades to your subscription.

The next time you access your billing details, quotes, invoices, or subscription, you'll be redirected to the new and improved GoTo Admin billing portal.
Note: There are no changes being made to join.me! This upgrade only impacts subscription and billing features.

When will this upgrade happen?

We'll begin migrating users on March 18, 2024. Once your account is moved over, you'll be taken to the new GoTo Admin billing portal.
Note: There is no way to go back to the old admin portal.

How do I use it?

How do I sign in?

Use your existing admin credentials to sign in to the new GoTo Admin.

How do I view an electronic quote?

Before you begin: You will need to have a received an email with an electronic quote. There will be an link in the email to access the steps listed in this article.
  1. Select the link in the quote email.

    Result: You will be directed to GoTo Admin.

  2. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
    User type How-to
    First time user: You will need to set up your password and then you will be automatically signed into GoTo Admin and directed to the Quotes section.
    Existing user: Sign in to GoTo Admin. If you are not automatically directed to the Quotes section, select Billing > Quotes.
  3. Select Reject to reject the quote or Check out to accept.

    Result: If you have rejected the quote, you are done with the process. If you have accepted the quote, continue with the following steps.

  4. Verify your billing address is correct. If it is not correct, select Edit (pencil) icon, make changes as needed, and save.

  5. Verify or add your shipping address if you have ordered physical hardware.
  6. Verify or add your payment details and save.

  7. Select Next: Review order.
  8. Follow the prompts to complete the order.
What to do next: Review your subscription or review your invoice.

How do I manage my payment method?

Learn how to view and edit your payment method online.
Before you begin: You must be a billing admin to access the billing section in GoTo Admin.
  • Only one payment method can be kept on file at a time.
  • We accept all credit/debit cards.
  • The card on file will automatically be charged according to the payment plan you chose when signing up (monthly/annually).
  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
  2. Select Billing, and then choose the Payment method tab.
  3. To edit your payment method, select Edit (pencil) icon Edit.
  4. Modify the information as needed and save your changes.

How do I manage my billing address?

View and edit your physical and/or email billing address online.
Before you begin: You must be a billing admin to access the billing section.
  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
  2. Select Billing, and then choose the Addresses tab.
  3. To edit your billing address, select Edit (pencil) icon Edit.
  4. Modify the address as needed and save your changes.
    Note: If an error is displayed, it is because the address is invalid.

How do I view/download my invoices?

View or download previous invoices as needed for your own records from within GoTo Admin.
Before you begin: You must be a billing admin to access the billing section in GoTo Admin.
  1. If you are not already, sign in to your admin portal.
  2. Select Billing, and then choose the Paid invoices tab.

    Result: All paid invoices will be displayed.

  3. To download an invoice, select Download icon Download.

    Result: The invoice will display in a new browser tab.

  4. Select Download icon from the top-right navigation bar to download the invoice.
What to do next: If you are in need of an original invoice, please use the Contact Us option in this article.

How do I view my current subscription plan details?

  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
  2. From Billing, select Subscriptions.
  3. View your current trials and/or subscriptions, licenses, renewal dates, etc.

How do I modify my subscription plan?

  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
  2. From Billing, select Subscriptions.
  3. Select a subscription to manage its details and/or choose available add-ons and upgrades.
  4. If prompted, enable Monthly or Annual billing and then select Add to cart.
  5. Select Checkout.
  6. If prompted, enter payment details.
  7. Review the order details and select Buy now.
