Rename a client from the LogMeIn Hamachi client

This procedure must be executed on the client.

On Windows, select System > Preferences. On a Mac, select LogMeIn > Preferences.
On the Status tab, select Change next to the client name.
Enter the new client name.
Select Change to save your settings.

Note: On Linux, you can change the nickname of the client you are using from the command line by executing the following command:

sudo hamachi set-nick <nickname>
