Resend a Welcome Email in the GoTo Admin Center (classic)
If your invited users have not yet signed in and created their account, admins can resend the welcome email invitation.
- Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
- Select Manage Users in the navigation menu.
- For any user you want to re-invite, select Invite again or Resend. To view the date the invitation was last sent, hover over the status text.
- Select the email template you want to send, then select Resend Email.
