RescueAssist is now GoToAssist Remote Support v5, a new desktop-based and/or web-based agent console that represents substantial improvements to our current service. There is no additional cost for GoToAssist Remote Support v4 customers to use the desktop-based or web-based agent consoles of GoToAssist Remote Support v5. Learn more about the version differences.
