View device group info for unattended access
You can view the name of the company that has set up unattended access on your computer.
View device group info on Windows
- Right-click the GoToAssist Customer icon
in the system tray and hover the cursor over Unattended Access. - Select Device Group Info... from the Unattended Access drop-down menu to view the company name associated with your unattended computer.
View device group info on a Mac
- Click the GoToAssist Customer
from the Apple Menu bar and hover the cursor of your mouse over Unattended Access. - Select Device Group Info... from the Unattended Access drop-down menu to view the company name associated with your unattended computer.
