Payment Method FAQs for Corporate Accounts

Learn about accepted credit/debit cards, and check, electronic payment, and recurring bank transfer payment information.

Accepted credit/debit cards

Most major credit cards are accepted, including the following:
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Visa Electron (IRE)
  • Discover
  • American Express UK

Note: We only accept Discover in USD.

Check and bank transfers

Please refer to this remittance table and choose your region for bank and check remit information.

Other accepted payment types

  • Direct Debit (UK)
  • SEPA
  • ACH (US)
  • PayPal

Updating your payment method

If you need to make a one-time full or partial payment instantly using a credit/debit card or PayPal, you can do so in the Corporate Billing Portal. For more information, refer to Online payments via the Corporate Billing Portal.

Important: If you want to add a new payment method, modify an existing payment method, or change your default payment method in the Corporate Billing Portal, you'll be redirected to the Payment methods page in GoTo Admin Billing to update your payment methods.

Once you're redirected, GoTo Admin will become your default billing portal and you will no longer have access to the Corporate Billing Portal. Using GoTo Admin won't change any of your billing info or permissions. With GoTo Admin Billing, you can view your invoices, accept quotes, manage subscriptions, and review and update other billing info.
