Move unattended computers

You can move unattended computers (i.e., devices) between device groups using the Devices page. This allows you to move a device with unattended access from one device group to another without uninstalling and reinstalling the GoToAssist Customer desktop application.

Move device(s) using the Devices page

You can move a single or multiple devices to another device group using the Web App as follows:

Log in at http://up.gotoassist.com and click the Devices tab in the top navigation.
To select a single device, click the Device icon next to the device name. To select multiple devices, hold the CTRL key and click the Device icon for each device you want to select.
Click Move to group in the lower navigation, then select your desired device group.
The selected device(s) will immediately move to their new device group.
