GoTo's Individual Rights Management (IRM) Portal

The Individual Rights Management Portal (IRM) is a portal we created and designed, powered by our trusted third-party privacy vendor, TrustArc, for customers. The IRM is for users, and end-users to not only get answers to frequently asked privacy and security questions, but to also submit privacy and security requests. The IRM allows us to empower our users and efficiently intake requests, track fulfillment internally, and manage privacy and security-related responses in a timely manner.

What types of requests does the IRM handle?

Currently, the IRM supports the following privacy and security requests:
  • Privacy Requests
    • Access requests: What information do you hold about me?
    • Deletion requests: I would to delete my data.
    • Revision requests: I would like a copy of my data.
    • Storage, hosting, and sub-processor information
    • Transfer Impact Analysis information
    • Review/execute a Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
    • Information about GoTo’s technical and organizational measures
    • Data retention/deletion information
    • Review GoTo’s policies and procedures about data protection
  • Security Requests
    • Security information about my service
    • Subscribe to product uptime/status updates
    • Report a security-based product issue or observation
  • Other Requests
    • Unsubscribe me from career and opportunity updates
    • Review GoTo’s Applicant Privacy Policy
    • I wish to no longer be contacted by GoTo
    • Other: Users can submit additional requests not covered by the above
