Voicemail messages can be transcribed so that they can be read. An admin, or system admin, will need to enable this feature for lines, ring groups, or shared voicemail boxes.
Currently, this setting is located in the Admin Portal (my.jive.com/PBX) as well as GoTo Admin (admin.goto.com). I'll show you where the setting is in both portals.
