Polycom VVX D60
Quickstart
Learn how to do the most common functions on your phone. For information not covered below, please refer to the manufacturer’s user guide.
Pair Your Handset(s)
Pair your handsets to your base station.
- This handset is compatible with the Polycom VVX 3xx, 4xx, 5xx and 6xx business series phones.
- Up to 5 handsets can be paired with this base station.
- The base station cannot pair to a desk phone with a sidecar. Disconnect any sidecars before pairing the VVX D60 base station.
- Enable the VVX D60 feature.
- On your compatible desk phone, select .
- Enter your Device Admin Password.

- Press Enable.

- Select the base station to pair with and then press Pair.
Register Your Handset(s)
Register up to 5 handsets to your base station.
Call Forwarding
Automatically forward incoming calls to an internal extension or external number.
Do Not Disturb (DND)
Stop your phone from ringing and send all incoming calls directly to voicemail.
Voicemail Access
Check your voicemail from your phone.
Speed Dial
This feature is not supported on this device.
3-Way Calls
Speak with two parties simultaneously by creating a mini-conference call on your line.
- While on an active call, press the New Call softkey.
- Dial the internal extension or external number to add to the conference.
- Wait for the second party to answer, and then let them know that you would like to add them to a 3-way call.
- Press the softkeys.
Transfer A Call
Warm Transfer
Place a current call on hold and speak with the destination party before transferring the call.
Blind Transfer
Transfer a call to another party without speaking to them first.
Hold
Place a call on hold while you take some time to look up an answer to a question or answer another call.
- Press the softkeys.
- Press the softkeys to retrieve the call.
Modify Ringtone
Choose a new ringtone for your phone or assign a different ringtone to each of your lines.
Presence Monitoring
The device does not support this feature.

Provisioning
Factory Reset
