Install my USB headset in the desktop app
All USB headset devices will now be automatically detected and connected to the desktop app. Users will be able to use hardware shortcuts from the headset during calls.
Note: Currently, HID controls are available only in the desktop app, not the web app.
- To choose your headset in the app, select your profile picture in the top right, go to and then choose your headset from Input and Output.
- To disconnect, select your profile picture in the top right, go to and then choose a different headset from Input and Output.
Restriction: Headsets with PolyLens downloaded are not supported. Poly Lens interferes with the WebHID protocol we use to interact with your headset. With Poly Lens uninstalled, this interference is not present, and GoTo can communicate with your headset properly. This only applies to controlling calls via your headset buttons, normal audio usage is unimpaired when Poly Lens installed.
