How do I unsubscribe from your mailing lists?

Are you receiving too many emails? You can easily unsubscribe from all promotional emails.

About this task: We like to keep you in the loop about what's going on with us and our software, but we don't want to clutter your inbox either!
Note:  Unsubscribing from email updates only applies to promotional emails, it does not affect account-based emails such as password reset and renewal notifications.
  1. Sign in to the My Account page at https://myaccount.logmeininc.com.
  2. Select Sign In & Security in the left navigation.
  3. Under Email Subscription, click Unsubscribe from email updates, then click Submit on the next page to unsubscribe from all promotional emails. Additionally, you can provide feedback as to why you no longer want to receive promotional email updates.
