See the status of your devices from the admin portal.

- Sign in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Select Devices from the left sidebar.
- Look at the status icons/color next to the Extensions:

Green |
Device is online and ready to make and receive calls. |
Gray |
Device is offline and cannot make or receive calls. See How do I fix my desk phone? |
Orange |
Device state is unknown or multiple lines are assigned to the device, only one of which is online. |
Dot |
Call encryption is not enabled. |
Lock |
Call encryption is enabled. |
